You may arrive at the start of the session or in the middle. Regardless of what time you start or what time you choose to leave, the session rate does not change. Everyone must exit the store once the open play session ends. This allows our staff to reset toys, clean up, mop, wipe down and disinfect for the next play session. Please be sure to plan ahead. There are no bathrooms inside our facility. Hillsdale offers a wonderful family bathroom located just downstairs or near the elevators in the middle of the mall. Thank you!
(Shoes are not allowed inside of the play area, all children and adults must wear socks)
We have everything you need to plan the perfect birthday party for your little one!
Private Parties: All parties are exclusive. We are not open to the public during your party time. We can refrigerate your drinks until your party time. We ask that all families drop off their ready-made decorations, party supplies, etc. the week of your party. We will set up and arrange all your party decoration prior to your arrival. Please be mindful of the amount of decorations you have. You have 15 minutes to adjust things to your liking before your party and 15 minutes to break down after your party time. We will assist you throughout the entire event; set up, cutting cake, organizing the kids together, help pack up your food and dispose anything you choose not to keep. Our goal is to make it relaxing and fun for our host the day of the event. If you are working with our vendor (@Airlollipops), we will arrange the delivery time and help set that up for you. Airlollipops offers a special package to families that book at Imagination City. You can find additional details regarding her package in your email confirmation once you book your party. All party packages will require a $150 non-refundable deposit. In event you need to cancel due to illness and emergencies we will do our best to postpone your party at a later date. In event Imagination City closes or is unable to provide you a space for your party, a full refund will be given.

80 min playtime followed by 40 min in the party/ food area the kids will not be able to go back into the play space after the 80 min play time.

Rental of the entire space from 10am to 6pm
